FRIENDS[/u][/size]
Elena loves to make friends. She is a very friendly, accepting person, and tries to be nice to everyone. She hates anyone finding out her secret - that she's a vampire - and suddenly fearing her or thinking of her as a monster, so she goes out of her way to show people that she is a good person. She's very helpful and enjoys making people laugh with silly comments that make her sound like someone's grandmother. She has the rare ability to laugh at herself, and doesn't like to take things in life too seriously, since she's had a lot of trauma and bad luck in her past, so she'd go insane if she didn't laugh at things. She makes a good friend, and is always very interested in people and what they have to say, and she is always there to chat or offer support, with a bright smile.



ENEMIES
Elena has many, many enemies, but most of them are from her past. People who are aware that she is a vampire and judge her for that, people she has encountered in her earlier years and they are upset with her for one reason or another. All Elena wants is to be left to live a happy, peaceful life, so she hates having people who dislike her for any reason. Of course, there's no avoiding that, so she has to deal with these enemies somehow. She has a quick wit, and won't be pushed around, so don't try to take advantage of her, or expect her to smile sweetly and roll over when you say so. She is strong in a lot of ways, and is a survivor, so she always finds a way to win out in the end.



LOVE[/u][/size]
Elena has only ever been in love once in her life, and that was with the vampire who changed her when she was seventeen years old. He was killed after a good few decades together, and she has been alone ever since. She longs more than anything to find a good man (vampire) to spend her eternal days with. Someone who is kind and good, like she is, and someone who doesn't believe that living forever means you have to act like a monster.

For the most part, I think these two would get along. James would treat her the same whether he knew she was a vampire or not. It's possible that Elena saw this side of him and confided in him about what she was because of that accepting trait he has. So, good friends, yes? ;o

Maria & Elena

Oh dear Maria is not going to like Elena AT ALL. Had Elena been more willing to accept her life as a vampire Maria might have been ok with the whole joining the Phoenix group thing but alas XD Maria will also be somewhat jealous that Elena had been able to have her child wheras Maria died whilst pregnant through her own choice but still...she does wish she had had the baby first but the time being what it was it had been an impossible thought. Maria would also hate the fact that Elena had had some time with her love although in one of her weaker moments she would admit that she knows exactly how it feels to lose the one person you could ever love with all your heart. Thoughts?

Sam & Elena

Sam will get along with her I think, despite vampires being labelled as 'dark creatures'. He simply accepts people as they are so wouldn't care in the least that she is the walking dead. It would be amusing for him to be around Hogwarts at some point in his battle gear and her think he is there to hunt her or something XD

Ginny & Elena

I can't really see these two knowing one another personally however if Elena does become friends with James I think Ginny would know about it and accept her. Of course like any mother she would be wary about attractive girls around her boy but that it nothing major in regards to Elena since Tersha has James ^^

Giselle & Elena
Giselle is my wallflower Hufflepuff, not sure if these two would run into each other since Giselle doesn't open up much but who knows maybe they could become odd friends or something. At the moment Giselle seems to have mostly friends who are from her house (and an enemy in Gryffindor) so it'd be nice for her to branch out but it's hard since she is rather shy and avoids causing trouble or catching attention the best she can.



Mercy& Elena
Werewolf. Vampire. They'd know each others secret.
Here's the thing at the moment Mercy here is a Pheonix and fun loving little werewolf who just wants to have fun and be just Mercy. Not Mercy the werewolf or Mercy the Gryffindor, just Mercy. She's fun loving and loves to laugh and all but clings to James half the time like a second red headed little sister (she's actually room mates with James' sis Lily) so if Elena was friends with James she'd see some of Mercy here. Mercy wont judge you if you wont judge her or don't give her a reason so they could be civil enough depending on how Elena feels about the little werewolf.

Elena + James[/u][/size]

I think she would like him. She joined his group and became a Phoenix, and possibly she did this because she admired him and the other two leaders and decided that what they were fighting for was worth it, and she wanted to be a part of it and help in any way she can. She would undoubtedly be able to see the good in him, and I think she may have confided in him that she's a vampire if only to give him and the other Phoenix leaders a proper idea of what they have on their side, so they can use her to their advantage if they need to at any point. She would see him as a great, strong person, and I think they'd make good friends, yes.




Elena + Maria[/u][/size]

It's a shame. I have to agree that they would hate each other, most likely, but they have so much in common, it's sad that they can't share that together. Maybe they could at some point down the road, they do have forever to work their issues out, but for now, they have completely different outlooks and interests in life, so they'd just clash and think the other awful. Heheh Elena wouldn't go out of her way to have bad encounters with Maria, but she'd stand up for herself if Maria started on her over something, and try her best not to get dragged into anything too stressful with her.




Elena + Sam[/u][/size]

LOL! I love that idea, of him being at the castle at some point, and her being so paranoid that he's there for her. She'd be terrified that he'd come to kill her and probably want to run for her life. It would be pretty funny. ;D But if she got past that and realised that he had no interest in killing her, she'd think he was a nice guy, and I can see them getting along.




Elena + Ginny[/u][/size]

Well I think Elena would respect the fact that James' mother would want him to have good people around him, and she'd make sure to never do anything to make Ginny think she was a bad friend for him. She wouldn't want James telling her Elena was a vampire though, so she'd be worried about her finding out about that somehow. I can't see any problems between them, though.




Elena + Giselle[/u][/size]

I think Elena would find Giselle amusing a lot of the time. She has heightened vampire sight, obviously, so she would have likely spied across the room when Giselle was writing in her notebook and read a few things here and there. She'd think it was cute that Giselle felt the need to keep notes like that and observations, and she'd probably make the effort to befriend her and talk to her every now and then. Maybe she'd politely ask about the book, and give her a few pointers on things she might want to add in to there about people. She would probably want to help her stand up for herself more, too. I'd say she's seen Tersha pushing Giselle around a good bit and doesn't like it too much, so she would want to encourage her to stick up for herself more, probably.




Elena + Mercy[/u][/size]

I'm not sure about these two. I think Elena would actually like Mercy. She doesn't really have any issues with werewolves, though she's wary enough to not get herself bitten by one. I think she'd be nice to Mercy and make a lot of effort with her. She'd probably take it as quite a blow when/if(?) Mercy changes over to the dark side, and be quite worried about her and the reasons behind it. Elena would just treat her the same as everyone else, not specifically as a werewolf or a witch. She tried to be as accepting of people as possible, so she would just be nice to her and let things run their course, outside of the Phoenix/Shadow thing.
