After a mini break, Owl Post is currently being re-coded after a switch to v5! We are working hard to get things running smoothly again, and are excited for the fresh start and an equally fresh year of RPing! It is winter on the site, and though we don't have any events up at the moment, spring will be coming up soon, so watch out for special events popping up in the near future for that! In the meantime, the lake is frozen over, the trees are white with snow, and Hogwarts is in full swing after the festive holidays, so keep this in mind when starting threads! Valentine's Day is also upon us, so don't forget to have yourself a few romantic themed threads while you can! HUFFLEPUFF COMMON ROOM - 1 Viewing

The Hufflepuff common room and dorms are located down a small flight of stairs to the left of the marble staircase. Cosy and welcoming, it's close proximity to the kitchens is a definite bonus, as many yellow-clad students can be seen sneaking into the kitchens late at night. Shhhh!

KITCHENS

The kitchens are a wonderful place. Literally swarming with house elves, there are always plates, bowls and cupboards full of the most delectable foods. Feel free to give the house elves a visit, just tickle the pear on the fruit portrait and the door will open...

BASEMENT

The basement, just below the ground floor of the castle, houses the kitchens and most notably, the Hufflepuff Common Room. It quite possibly has the cosiest atmosphere of all the floors in the castle, having a particularly homey feel about it.
