Talia is a thin girl standing at 5'8" exactly. She weighs 126lbs and carries herself like a pureblood of high standards ought to. Being from a long line of pureblooded witches and wizards Talia has great facial features and grey-blue eyes that she views the world from. Her hair is usually kept long and is well maintained and usually dark brown, nearly black, though she has been known to turn blonde on occasion though she prefers the dark look.
When it's time to go out Talia dresses herself to the nines. She puts a lot of effort into how she looks, when she's at work it's not quite the same, her hair is pulled back and she wears a little make up but nothing too extreme, after all it's only the Hogs Head, no need to get fully dressed up for a bunch of pathetic drunks that want to keep to themselves.
Talia, all though slim and slender, is freakishly strong. She keeps her body toned in case of any bar fights where she cannot reach her wand. Sometimes she has an inability to sense that trouble's coming, she's not great at reading people's emotions and it's only when they're crying that she starts to realise what's going on and crying she doesn't like, she tends to try and get rid of people when they start tearing up, when they start actually crying she's usually the one to walk out the door.
Born to Alia Max and Michael Quinzel on a Spring day in March Talia was an only child through choice of the couple. They had hoped for a son but the birth had been a dangerous one for both mother and child and as such the couple agreed upon no more children.
Talia had everything she could ever want but she never truly wanted anything, she was always quite simple growing up and liked to indulge herself in books. She never really played outside much and as such was sick a lot when she first attended Hogwarts.
When she was eleven Talia was sorted into Slytherin like all of her family before her. It had been expected of her and no matter what house she had been placed into she wouldn't have cared, houses never mattered to her because she just preferred to keep to herself.
She never had many friends in Hogwarts. It wasn't that people hadn't tried interacting with her it was just that she didn't put herself forward. Eventually people just gave up and gossiped about her instead, thinking of her as weird and creepy, a reputation her parents were most displeased with. They had been hoping to arrange their daughter in marriage to a rich, successful, pure blooded Slytherin alumni.
Not long after she'd left Hogwarts Talia's father, Michael Quinzel, passed away, leaving her mother, Alia, alone in the manor home with only a house elf for company. Talia never spent much time with her parents because they didn't really want too much to do with her. They supported her, gave her money but that was all, she only visited at the holidays, christmas, easter and such.
For a while Talia worked as a librarian but soon gave it up as she didn't like the environment. She loved books but the library was too bright with all the natural light and so she got a job at the Hogs Head as a bartender. She has a little house in the village that she lives in and it's surrounded with books that she indulges in every day and the most amazing bath imaginable. She also has a neat little collection of her favourite alcoholic drinks that she keeps in her lounge in a walnut drinks cabinet and a neat little glass collection. You can't have the drinks if you don't have the right glasses, it just doesn't taste right.
