physical
physical appearance
With the ever recognizable ginger hair, Ron has adorned the most common Weasley physical trait. His blue eyes have a kindness about them as well as a twinge of his unique humor. He's clean shaven and hasn't had to worry about a beard growing in, like some of his other friends have experienced.
While he hadn't been that good looking when he had been at Hogwarts, Ron has grown to be quite the handsome man, though in 9 years he was going to have to endure his mid-life crisis. In the meantime, however, he was glad to have good looks to go with his humor.
Since he's an Auror, he's usually seen in a suit and tie. Ron thinks he looks dashing in it and often teases his wife, Hermione, about it.

overall personality
While still that humorous person he was when attending Hogwarts, Ron has slightly matured since then. 'Slightly' is the keyword. Fathering children had changed his aspect on life. He grew protective of them as well as his relatives, willing to give his life for them if the time ever came.
That is where the 'slightly' ends and the average Ron begins. When a situation gets to get him, his humor takes over and he avoids the problem. When it comes to his enemies, his humor becomes aggressive. If he can't fight with a wand, you better bet he'll fight with his humor.
Despite what many would believe, Ron is an efficient Auror and follows through on his cases to the end. Even the boring ones. That's why he always brought a small box of Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans with him. It would help pass the time.
Ron is completely in love with Hermione even though the both of them quarrel over little things, but that has always been the way they have acted around each other. She is very near and dear to his heart and that will never change.

history
Growing up in The Burrow, Ron had an interesting early childhood. Surrounded by six siblings, things were a hassle. Especially with his older brothers Fred and George, who pranked him constant. Once when he was five, Ron awoke in the middle of the night to find a huge fake spider on top of him. He shrieked and wet his pants while Fred and George cackled nearby. His brothers were scolded the next morning by their mother, but that was far from the last prank they'd pull on him.
This more or less continued until the age of eleven when Ron had gotten his invitation letter to Hogwarts, school of Witchcraft & Wizardry. He was thrilled he was finally able to go to the school that his brothers had been saying so much about. Though he'd be on his guard. There was no telling what Fred and George had in store for him once he got there.
At Platform 9 and Three Quarters, Ron's life would collide with that of Harry Potter. They had gone through the wall into the station together, but it hadn't actually sunk in until Harry had shown him his lightning scar on the train. Harry Potter was actually sitting across from him in a booth.
They're friendship wasn't solidified though until the moment before him and the other first years were going to attend the sorting ceremony. Draco Malfoy had offered his friendship to Harry, but only if he ditched Ron. Harry had declined and the two had been friends ever since.
There was also Hermione, the girl who had joined them in their train booth. She had been too much of a know it all for his liking, but oddly enough, he became friends with her too, though the both of them bickered with each other constantly throughout the years.
Together, the trio faced seven dramatic years at Hogwarts, each year being a bit worse than the last. Despite this, they stuck by each other's side, unwavering and loyal. However, their loyalties were tested on their seventh year.
The trio had left Hogwarts on a journey to gather Hocruxes-objects that had part of Voldemort's soul within them- and destroy them. Only then, could Voldemort be defeated. Ron had offered to wear one around his neck. That had been quite the mistake on his part.
Before long, he began getting jealous of how close Harry and Hermione were getting, the Horcrux corrupting his thoughts. Eventually, this lead to an argument and Ron abandoned his friends. He then wandered aimlessely, lost in thought.
This lasted for days until Ron was finally able to break free over the Horcruxe's hold on him. He went in search of his friends and just when he thought he wouldn't find them, he saw Harry drowning in a pool. Frantically reaching his hand inside the water, he dragged him out onto the forest floor.
It was there, Ron destroyed the Horcrux that had been around his neck. It had been hard, but Ron wasn't going to listen to its lies anymore and thrust Godric's sword down onto it, sending the object into oblivion.
Before long, the trio were defending Hogwarts' walls from an assault by Voldemort's forces. It was then that Hermione kissed Ron. He was surprised, but over the years, he had developed feelings for her, so the kiss was welcome. The kiss provided him with extra initiative to win the battle.
When the battle was over and Voldemort was defeated, Ron realized one of his brothers, Fred, had been killed. Even though he had been a pain in the ass, he still loved him and he took the loss hard as did his mother and father and the rest of the family.
Years later, after vigorous dating, Ron and Hermione married and had two kids: Rose and Hugo Weasley. To make the world safer for them, he decided to become an Auror along with his friend Harry.
Things were going well for awhile. That was until Harry's murder late one summer. A note was left on his body by a group that called themselves The Dark Avengers. Just when he thought he was done with insanity for a lifetime, things got shaken up again.
Ron swore vengeance on the group for murdering his best friend and vowed to protect his family no matter the cost.
