Roxanne is a good mix of both her parents. Her mother being darker with black hair and her father being quite pale with red hair gave her a strong chance of mixed skin tone and black hair. Roxy got the mixed skin tone, freckles and all but black hair, she got the very unexpected auburn hair.
Roxy mostly takes after her mother in the looks department, aside from the freckles and red hair she has deep brown eyes that look a little brighter when light is shone upon them. She's a growing girl standing at 5 foot 8 but she's pretty sure she's stopped growing. She wears UK size 10 clothes but has no idea how much she weighs.
Roxy has a fairly athletic shape and keeps herself healthy, thankfully because of good gene's she's able to eat whatever she wants, however she prefers to eat the savoury foods, salads in particular. All though she's athletic and has two parents of Quidditch backgrounds, Roxy is afraid of heights and prefers to stay on the ground, cheering for Gryffindor to win the Quidditch cup.

There are two things that Roxy loves to do. Cheerleading and swimming and she's good at both. She likes to enjoy herself and so she ensures she has time for her two passions, even if it means pushing back homework until the last minute. She loves to procrastinate, well more likes to do other things. She's a fast writer though it's not always clear and so she gets into trouble for it sometimes but she's always in a rush, even when there's nothing to rush to. For a young lady she has a lot of energy.
Not a lot of people would expect it of Roxy but she loves to read. She loves to read before she goes to bed and usually she dreams of things she's just read. She has a very active imagination while both awake and sleeping which means she usually comes up with some fresh ideas on how to have fun with her friends, all though she loves to have fun she doesn't like pranks. She also usually tries to stay within the school rules, much unlike her father had done!
Much like any other teenage girl, Roxy has noticed boys. She's not had a boyfriend as of yet but has gone on a couple of rather dull dates to Hogsmeade. She has a crush on someone but she's not willing to part with that information just yet, not even to her closest friends. She's very good at keeping her own secrets but not so much with keeping others. She tends to accidentally let things slip but never on purpose.
Being raised as a Weasley she's learnt to be social and loud in order to be heard. Sometimes she's loud when she does't mean to be but her friends are pretty used to it, however those that are just meeting her may be thrown off a little and think she's obnoxious, which she can be from time to time but she doesn't mean to be and usually apologises when she feels like she's being a little over boisterous.

Roxanne Weasley was the second child of George and Angelina Weasley. She grew up surrounded by family and frequently visited her father's side. She grew up in Tinsworth, Cornwall, near to the beach but not as close as her Uncle bill and his family. Still she saw them frequently and were just a short car drive or from the Burrow and Otter St Catchpole.
Roxy grew up knowing all about her uncle Fred. She learnt about the war from very early on and she figured through her life growing up, that her father needed to talk to them about it all, as a kind of therapy. She never really heard much else from other people in her family but she was never afraid to ask questions. She always found the best person to ask was her Grandpa Weasley. He had plenty of answers just as long as she didn't mind hanging out with him in his muggle shed, which all though rather dull, kept her out of her grandma's hair.
Roxy was a rather hyper child growing up. She learnt things quickly from her older brother, Fred. She got into a little trouble from her mum every now and then but was an absolute daddy's girl. Even though she had her father wrapped around her little finger and could have had anything she'd ever wanted, she never even thought to ask for things, she was happy with the gifts she got for Christmas, her birthday and for good grades or just through the year for good behaviour and being kind and thoughtful.
When she got to Hogwarts Roxanne was swiftly placed into Gryffindor like most of her cousins, however being younger she knew most of them would graduate before long which bothered her a little until she made friends of her own and then as each generation graduated, it wasn't so bad, and besides, she had family in her own year.
Roxy spends a lot of time having fun, running about with her friends, swimming in the cold lake or practicing cheers. Though from time to time she can be found in the library or a corner on her own, cramming in her homework. She puts it off for as long as she possibly can before she gets it done. Her handwriting is a mess but somehow she always manages to do well on her tests and exams. She has quite a good mind but she doesn't put it to as much use as she should. She's always grown up believing tat grades weren't everything, using her father and his success as the perfect example of that.
