Noelle has long black hair and dark eyebrows and lashes to match. She has heavy lidded blue-grey-green eyes depending on the lighting and frequently gets told to smile by those that don't really know her. Her expression maybe sombre most of the time but around her friends she's a happy and relaxed teenager.
She stands at a petite 5'4" but is by no means the shortest in her year, she also weighs about 100lbs and is told by those that love her to put on a bit more weight but that doesn't mean she doesn't eat, Noelle enjoys food but just doesn't gorge herself on it and has a great metabolism.
Noelle is rather flat and wishes that she had more of a curvy figure as well as a bit more height but she knows she can't have everything in life. She thinks of herself as moderately attractive and much like her oldest sister prefers the tomboy look of trouser or jeans and a t-shirt over dresses and skirts but when it's time for formal occasions she does enjoy the change into a dress and heels, though the heels tend to come off half-way through the evening though unlike her sister Nelle has very pale skin and burns, peels and is eventually left with fractionally darker skin.

Boarder Collie - There are joint moments in life that are Nelle's happiest moments. Being accepted on the Ravenclaw quidditch team, being given her cat by Evie for getting on the quidditch team and every time she sees her parents for the first time after time at Hogwarts.

Noelle is a friendly sort of girl when you get to know her. She's helpful to anyone that needs it and exceedingly advanced in her studies. She's not exactly a smart person but she only needs to read something once to have it stored in her memory for the rest of her life. She doesn't have an eidetic memory but it's something close.
Nelle is a little socially awkward when thrown into a situation with a group of strangers. She's never sure how to drum up conversation or know how much to talk before she over steps her bounds so she's usually quiet and only talks with her friends, unless of course she was helping someone, for example helping someone pick up dropped books or picking out which book to get from the library.
She's a big fan of quidditch and has a quite famous sister that now works at Hogwarts and Nelle is pleased with this. She's a family orientated person and misses her parents greatly because they're on the other side of the Earth. She has cousins though she doesn't feel as close to them as she does her own siblings, even her brother Charlie who she didn't know much growing up.
Noelle's not the type of person to butt her way into other people's business, she likes to keep her personal problems to herself and prefers for others to do the same.
All though she is a straight 'O' student she's not known for it, she's known for being more social in lessons than interested in the lesson. She pays attention when the Professor's are talking but usually likes to practice once, prove that she can do it and then socialise. She helps anyone that asks for it in lessons. Her lessons that she really concentrates in are her advanced lessons like advanced transfiguration and advanced charms. Her favourite subject is History of magic and loves learning about wizarding world laws and hopes to have a job in the ministry of magic when she graduates, possibly as an Auror as she's quite advanced in her studies and is fully capable of handling spells that even some adults have trouble with.
Noelle isn't a big party person. She's known of a few parties around the castle but has never attended one, she's been convinced to attend at least one in her last school year and is secretly looking forward to it. She's usually a bit of a tom-boy so a dress is a nice change to her trousers and t-shirts.

Noelle "Nelle" Jasmine Quinn was the youngest and fourth born child of Michael and Rachel Quinn. She was a whiney and screaming baby whenever she was left alone. She grew up with three older siblings all wanting to play with the new baby and as such she just got used to all the attention. There was about a five year age gap between her and her sister Ella and so her mother was often running about after her siblings but with her sibling keeping her entertained.
Nelle loved her sisters the most because she hadn't really known Charlie for he was at Hogwarts when she was born but when he was home for the summer holidays, winter in New Zealand, she enjoyed playing in the snow with him most of all.
Two years later a year and a half later and Evie was off to school too and so it was just Nelle with Ella and the two became very close while their siblings were off to school in England.
The time came for Ella to go to school with their older siblings and Nelle cried her hardest. She had more of an idea of what was going on and did not want a single one of her siblings to leave but of course they did and it wasn't Nelle's turn for another five years.
Nelle grew very attached to her parents and even though they never had much money they always kept the attention loving child busy. Her mother taught her to read and write and paint and Nelle discovered a love for learning new things. She knew all about Hogwarts from her siblings and loved hearing about their stories. She used to borrow their old school and used to pretend to practice magic with a stick from the back garden but nothing ever happened until she was ten and she made a neighbour's house and tress disappear.
Nelle's first magical incident had been a massive one that had involved authorities but she hadn't been punished in fact her parents had been thrilled that she had magical abilities, though she was upset. She knew that this meant going to Hogwarts and severing a strong bond that she had with her father. All her siblings and her mother were magical and it was just the two of them that weren't. They had a strong bond and Nelle felt like that was going to be ruined. Luckily Nelle's father was very understanding and told her it was a great opportunity and that like her siblings she would learn all sorts of magic and bring home amazing stories like her siblings.
Nelle left for Hogwarts already knowing a lot of things about magic. She spent a lot of time making friends and just getting straight 'O's' that she kept to herself, learning from all her sibling's school books had paid off and she remembered all the information she'd ever needed for her times at Hogwarts. She was at least a year ahead of her class though she never boasted it. She stayed quiet in lessons with regards to answers and just liked to spend time with her friends, occasionally forgetting that they needed to concentrate fem time to time.
She joined her house quidditch team as a chaser at the beginning of her fourth year, much to her sister Evie's delight all the way back in New Zealand. Before her fifth year started she was offered the position of Prefect but sent she sent the pin back, she didn't want the position and instead remained on the house team, not wanting the duties as well as commitments to Quidditch, despite having learnt the years syllabus all ready.
To Nelle's delight in her fifth year her sister Evie joined the Hogwarts staff and Nelle felt a little less home sick. She'd had her cousins at school with her at school, both Izzy and Nate in attendance and Faye a librarian. During the school holidays Nelle usually stays at the castle rather than going to her aunt and uncles and she feels like an intruder and out of place though if she has the chance to go back to New Zealand she takes it, though in all her time at Hogwarts she's only been back once in the holidays aside from the summer holidays which were just winter in New Zealand. All this cold has given her a dislike of the winter seasons.
Nelle is now in her seventh year and still on the Quidditch team as a chaser. She's still miles ahead and taking advanced classes. She's a straight 'O' student all though she doesn't look it and people wouldn't exact it of her. She keeps her grades to herself because she doesn't like to stand out as a smarty-pants or know it all and hates to be teased.
