William has handsome brown eyes and a full head of lusciously wavy locks. His hair is brown though when he spends time in the sun he gets blonde highlights, when he spends a lot of time in the sun he goes blonde all over and gets a natural top of of his natural tan.
William stands at a tall 6'3" and weighs about 186lbs give or take a few pounds here and there. He has a small scar on his hairline that's only noticeable if you get up close to him, the scar's mostly covered by hair and was caused by an accident when he was younger.
William likes to run. He has a well muscled body thanks to his love of running, sit ups, push ups and walking, the only times he doesn't like to do this outside is during winter and cold days during the other seasons.

When his brother pushed him off his toy broom when he was seven years old, he bumped his head quite badly and needed hospitalisation and observations, he has a little scar there, peeking out from beneath his hair line but most of it is covered by hair. He's also scared to fly now.

William is a casual and calm person, he's a man of few words unless invoked into a most interesting conversation. He's not a fan of small talk and enjoys drawing things. he's a very good artist and often draws his crush. She's beautiful in all outfits and lighting, she's a natural sort of beauty that the world around her takes for granted. William is very much a romantic at heart for the right woman and the right woman for him is a sixth year Gryffindor Phoenix none the less.
William is impatient with people. They annoy him quite easily but he does not voice his dislike for others to anyone, at least not yet he hasn't. He's usually quiet, sarcastic and prefers to be alone, even away from his siblings. He's a little obsessive with keeping order, some might even call it OCD. William likes the comfort of his dorm more than anything and occasionally ventures outside in the warm. He might watch a quidditch match or two but as he dislikes the cold, he prefers the warmth of the castle, though he does travel down to Hogsmeade every weekend it's available to students.

Despite having a rather dumb father, William had quite an intelligent mother. Being pureblooded their marriage had been arranged since they were at Hogwarts. A fact William is grateful for as he was certain his father could not attract a woman like his mother on his own and as such, William wouldn't exist and William rather likes existing.
Neither of William's parents were exactly what you called pretty or handsome but the three boys and one girl born to this unfortunate looking couple were all quite attractive in their own ways. William never really thought much of his parents, he was raised by them, loved by them and enjoyed the company of his brothers and twin sister while growing up. He had fun playing and was raised to be a proper pure blooded little boy, polite, courteous and discriminating of anyone of lesser blood than he.
William received his Hogwarts letter at the same time as his twin sister when they were eleven years old, they already had one brother at Hogwarts in the house of Slytherin and his sister too was sorted into the house that their family had all previously resided. The hat had barely touched his head when it called out Slytherin and that was that. He settled in well, achieved very good grades and kept mostly to himself. He socialises with the other boys in his house but mostly he draws and there is one subject in particular he quite likes the look of.
One girl caught William's attention from the very beginning of her time at Hogwarts. Strong willed, feisty, intelligent and pure blooded, the full package in William's eyes and all though he hasn't made his move just yet, he plans on it this year because if he doesn't, his parents will arrange for him to marry a different pure blood, something he does not wish to happen, not to mention she might find herself someone else, someone not as worthy as he.
