Pandora is incredibly pretty and she knows it. Brought up surrounded by purebloods has taught her that to look good you will be more likely to succeed in life and everything she does is designed to make her more attractive to the opposite sex although of course she mostly does it because she likes the way she looks and wants to stay like this as long as possible. Her body is well toned, with a flat stomach and although her breasts are quite small they suit her body type perfectly.
Her hair is a dark brown, often tied back into a ponytail and has a deep fringe that covers her slim eyebrows. She has some slightly shorter bits at the front that often fall out of any hair tie she uses and these frame her face, giving her a slightly more girly look that she would have otherwise had. Pandora's eyes are a stunning shade of pale blue framed by long lashes and often emphasied with eyemakeup...the more eyeliner she owns the better! She loves bold colours on her eyes and it is never a surprise to see her with bright greens or blues on her eyelids and intricate patterns created with liquid eyeliner surrounding them.
Pandora is actually quite heavily pierced compared to those around her. She has several piercings in her ears and wears flesh plugs in both lobes, her nose is pierced and will only ever wear a white gold nose ring (since she can't have silver) and she has a tongue stud. Over the christmas holidays she has recently added two more piercings that the school at large has yet to discover...She know has her belly button and her left nipple pierced. Since she came of age just before christmas her parents allowed her to get a tattoo of a tribal wolf on the inside of her right wrist to signify her heritage.
Pandora is quite petit next to those in her year, standing at only 5'3 but she doesn't let her height stop her from being who she is. Apart from her piercings and the tattoo she also tends to dress a little in your face, wearing lots of blacks and other dark colours and yet also throwing in brighter colours just to throw you off. She is classed more along the lines of 'grunge come rock' chick but she doesn't like to label herself personally...what are the point in labels? Just don't be surpised to see her flouncing down a corridor in netted tutus and converse!

First and foremost Pandora comes from a very long line of werewolves and thanks to this is somewhat prejudiced against those around her. She can't help this way of thinking but when you are brought up to believe that your lifestyle is considered wrong and dark by those around you you can't help but be wary of the people you meet. Pandora knows that these days wolves are not hunted down quite so mercilessly as they used to be and takes comfort in the fact that she is safe at the school but she cannot help but be bitter about having to sign a register with the ministry, that her family are still classed as evil despite having a condition they were born to (apart from her maternal great grandfather who chose to be bitten) and that even though she has yet to change she herself is feared by those she considers friends.
Once you get past the werewolf part of her life the next thing you will notice about Pandora is that she is not a girly girl at all. She loves sports and spends most of her free time outside in the fresh air, having a horror of being stuck inside longer than need be. She spends her holidays learning about muggle sports, having grown bored with wizarding ones at a very young age and despite her pureblood status her parents were quite happy to allow her to do such things, especially when it came to things like martial arts...afterall you never knew when it would come in useful! Having started at about six she has black belts in several forms of art and is incredibly skilled at sports such as boxing, swimming and has a fondness for snowboarding. The more time she can be outside the better in her opinion and had the position of beater not been filled out she would have joined the team as one, however she is quite happy to be a chaser and loves being able to do stunts on her broom that other people wouldn't dream of trying. Yes. She is an adrenaline junkie! Did she mention that jumping out of muggle aeroplanes was the best thing ever?
For those that get past the first two things they will find a very sweet but somewhat bossy young lady who does enjoy getting her own way. Pandora loves being in charge although you would never guess it from the way she softens the tone of her voice and the fact that she never looks like she can be bothered with the politics of the Slytherin house. She likes to have her finger in every pie so to speak and if there is ever a problem in the house she always makes sure to get involved one way or another.
Unfortunately for those who would like to pursue her Pandora lacks a romantic side. She doesn't go in for Valentines day, hates the colour pink with a passion and simply doesn't get why other girls go all giggly over things like heart shaped cards and flowers that never last longer than a day and are obviously the gift that all blokes seem to think is the 'bestestest gift ever for my baby gurl' (imagine her putting on a soppy voice on that one). If a guy wanted to romance her they would really have to put the effort in and blow her away. No simpering guys here thank you very much. She hasn't the time or patience to deal with them. If you really want to get her attention pay attention to the things she enjoys doing and maybe hurl a bludger her way on the quidditch pitch? Oh. It might help if you are a werewolf whilst your at it since she fully intends on upholding her family name and honour.

Pandora was born Verity Faith to Morgain and Anthony Valentine and was the second child of the couple. Whilst this seems to start out like any other family story there is a slight twist to this particular one. Verity was the most recent addition to a long line of werewolves, a lineage that went back generations.
Despite being wolves their family was actually quite well off since each and every member was completely pureblood and many of them were quite stringent with their money. Thanks to this both of the Valentine children had everything they could possibly want growing up. For Gideon this meant he went to Hogwarts with every luxury whilst his sister grew up with the best money could buy in the way of keeping her entertained. It had been obvious from the moment she could walk that she would never be one to just sit down and do nothing as she was constantly on the move and it was due to this that her parents began to send her off to different classes and clubs during the week. From the age of six she was spending every waking moment she had learning everything from martial arts to gymnastics and boxing to ballet dancing and from it there grew a great love for keeping herself in shape.
By the time her own letter to the school came she had grown bored with just having her hobbies and was quite looking forward to going to the place her brother had spoken so highly about. Since her wolf heritage had yet to take a hold of her she was still free to do things her way for a little longer without having to worry about things like the full moon or finding ways to get her hands on the wolfsbane potion without alerting everyone to what she was and her first year was relatively hassle free. Since she was still getting to grips with who she was she didn't really make friends for the first few months and it was only through trial and error that she settled in as well as she had done for she could be very hard to get along with thanks to always having gotten her own way at home.
The summer between her third and fourth year however was when things began to change for the girl. Having found an identity of a bit of a 'wild child' Verity began to get people to call her Pandora although many of her close friends had been calling her that for some time an it was that summer that her brother finally changed into his wolf form on a full moon. Pandora had been in the room with him at the time, both of them having taken the potion (just in case their mother had always said) and were just chilling out doing homework when the first pangs of pain began to affect him. Both of the kids had been told what was to be expected on their first change but never in all her life had she thought it would be like this! She had been rooted to the ground as her brother's human form began to twist and turn into the beautiful creature he was born to be....or at least she had always thought it would be beautiful but this was...this was...disgusting. Painful. Watching her beloved brother cry out in pain was enough to bring tears to her eyes and just before his transformation was finished that she was pulled from the room by the family house elf who was under orders to make sure that the two children were kept away from the rest of the family just in case anything happened to the locks holding their parents. For Pandora this meant she was kept up in one of the attack rooms, weeping to herself until the morning broke and she could go back down. She has never told her parents about the fear that gripped her heart that day about her own coming change. How could she? For them this was what they were and they were proud of it! Hell she was still proud but she was still just a kid and there was no way she wanted to go through that every month.
Not that it changes anything of course. Now that she has come of age she is something of a late bloomer with her own change but she's ok with that, it gives her a little more time to live and make mistakes without having to worry about if she is going to rip someone's throat out. She still takes the wolfsbane potion every full moon of course and locks herself away but so far she remains human and she's quite alright with that.
However she is now expected to start finding a suitable mate in order to keep the family line going and at her brother's wedding she was introduced to the local werewolf community as a potential spouse once she graduates from school, leaving her with a sudden dread of her future. She isn't sentimental in the least so trying to get along with anyone is going to be a chore she isn't looking forward to and what happens if she doesn't want one of the wolves that are already in existance?
Seriously. It sucks being a girl.
