Bailey is not like his sisters when it comes to height. Standing at 6'1 he towers over his siblings and mother and is considered to be quite lanky although he is a little more solid than he appears. He has muscle definition despite the fact he doesn't look the sort to do much physical exercise and does in fact have a slight six pack although because he has only recently taken such pains to work on his body it isn't as perfect as some...but it is well on its way and is still something to look at!
His height is about the only thing that differs from his siblings. Like his eldest sister he has brown hair although it has some blonde mixed in giving him a distinct impression of being a mix of both Brekke and Kiri. He likes the mix as it gives him a unique look made only more so by the fact it tends to have a mind of its own. His hair is usually kept somewhat long and for the most part it curls slightly and is usually swept up so his hair looks bigger than it is...He doesn't style it this way its all natural! The only time his hair is flat against his head is when it is wet. Since hitting puberty Bailey has started to get facial hair and despite trying to keep himself shaved at school it isn't odd to see him sporting some stubble around his mouth and chin giving him the look of a moustache but he does try to keep on top of it! He doesn't think beards are a good look.
His face is probably his best feature. He looks like a geek and that's the thing that attracts people to him. His eyebrows are bushy and a darker brown than his hair although they suit him perfectly. His eyes are a chocolate brown and his mother often tells him that they are the nicest eyes she has ever seen. They are warm and inviting and when he is absorbed in his work they tend to sparkle with interest. Oh, and they are quite often fixed firmly on Giselle! His nose is rather large and he dislikes it intensely, thinking it too large for his face but alas he is stuck with it whether he likes it or not! His lips are nearly constantly quirked up in a cheeky smile and it is rare to see a frown on his face. They are quite large but they are perfect for him and his friends often tell him that they have overheard girls saying they are just begging to be kissed...the thought makes him blush every time!

Bailey is a goof ball. He didn't set out to be like that of course it was as if one day his body and brain rebelled against him and decided on their own that that was how things were going to be. He isn't very cool in the traditional sense but to those he hangs about with he is cool enough...of course to the rest of the school he can be a little loud and out there but what does he care? With two older sisters he tends to be very vocal about things, having grown up in a household where it was essential to be heard.
The most important thing you should know about this boy (apart from the fact he is a goof) is that he is a serious member of his family. He loves them more than anything and has always been thankful that despite his sisters being rather volatile every now and then they have strong bonds keeping them together. He would do anything for them and fully intends on making sure his father can retire fully earlier than he had expected to. Bailey wants nothing more than to have a wife he can love unconditionally and the thought of children often puts a wide grin on his face. He may only be 17 but he knows exactly what he wants in life and is willing to work hard for it.
His relationship with his sisters is interesting to say the least. On the one hand his eldest sister Brekke is almost like a mother to him since she was always there for him when he was growing up and he is more likely to go to her with any problems he has than his parents (not because he can't speak to them but because Brekke is more likely to understand where he is coming from). Bailey knows that he can't get away with much with Brekke watching but he doesn't care thats what kiri is for! On the other of his two lovely hands is Kiri. The trouble maker. Kiri has always made sure that he was never going to be the boring rule abiding person all the time and he has lost count of the times she has pulled him into her pranks and trouble making schemes but hey, that's what she did. He loves her just as much as Brekke and is more than aware that he is a bit of a mediator between the two since its not unheard of for the two of them to be fighting about one thing or another.
Bailey is a very outgoing person which rather clashes with his obvious bookworm tendencies. He can be quite loud when around his friends and isn't afraid to try new things. He loves sports so being on the quidditch team was never a surprise however he also loves homework and classes and has never been afraid to work hard. He wants to get good grades and he'll be damned if he doesn't graduate with excellent grades!
Lastly you should probably know he is kinda slightly in love with Giselle Lebeau. Only a little bit! Ok...maybe a lot...Bailey likes to think he knows the girl that hides behind those oversized jumpers and that notebook but he can't say that for certain can he? He's barely spoken more than a few words to her since she came to the school but he can't help the way he feels about her. Apart from the fact that French accent that keeps popping up is really cute he doesn't care that she is part veela! He admires that she is different and that she doesn't conform to what everyone thinks she should be like. Oh, he has also caught her dancing down hallways when she thinks no one is looking...he totally didn't stare at her. Honest! Right now he wants to tell her his feelings but how does he go about that without coming across as weird or stalker like?

Bailey was born in Liverpool, England to a rather wealthy family comprised of a his parents and two older sisters. The Dillon family lived in a mansion of a home and Bailey grew up with the best of everything since money was never an object of worry but he never took it for granted and most days instead of playing with the expensive toys like his sisters liked to do he spent many a happy hour convincing his family to play hide and seek with him. He was a carefree child who was constantly being mothered by the one sister and being led astray by the other but always keeping a certain sense of responsibility that made him seem older than he actually was.
Being the youngest Bailey was forced to spend several years on his own whilst his sisters went to school and unknown to them often suffered nightmares where he was convinced they would never come back home for him so by the time he was ten and old enough to get his letter he was more than ready for the journey ahead of him. Thanks to his nightmares his wild magic was often uncontrolled and as a result of this he spent quite a lot of time reading the books in their library trying to learn as much as he could about the world he was about to step foot into. He also spent a lot of time following his father into his study and asking question after question about everything he did. Oh yes. Bailey was the child that would always ask 'why' so it was no surprise for him to be eventually sorted into Ravenclaw.
Having his school letter was the best day ever and with it brought the long awaited school shopping trip to Diagon Alley and then the train ride to Hogwarts. Despite the fact he wanted to cling to Kiri on that journey he forced himself into a carriage without her and settled down with other fellow first years and it was thanks to this he has found some of his closest friends who he couldn't do without. Being sorted into Ravenclaw suited him down to the ground since he was more than happy to stick his nose in a book and just get on with his work although of course he isn't averse to getting outside and just running around with his mates.
In fact, apart from his work and his sports his first few years of school was pretty much boring. Well, nearly anyway. He was meandering down the hallway when he first saw her. Giselle. Well, ok it wasn't the first time he had seen her but it was the first time he had seen her for who she really was. She was a free spirit, beautiful and completely oblivious to the fact he was watching her dance down a hallway. He really doesn't care that she is part veela, or that she is a Hufflepuff or that she is painfully shy...he thinks she is beautiful. He has spent the last year or so agonising about how he is meant to tell her. His sister Brekke is quite possibly the only person who knows about his crush on her and it isn't rare for her to find him at her office door, a frown on his face. He wants to do something to tell this girl his feelings but he is pretty awkward with girls and is terrified he will scare her away completely if he goes about it the wrong way.
