When Hermione was a young girl she was teased for having big, bushy hair and protruding front teeth. Now that she is grown up she is an extremely attractive woman for her age. She has deep auburn brown hair that still doesn't seem to want to cooperate. Hermione tends to pull her hair back because it bothers her by the end of the day. For a woman she is relatively tall standing at 5'9" and she has a slim figure.
On a day to day basis Hermione isn't all that obsessed with getting dolled up. Because of her profession, she does keep herself presentable. Normally, she can be seen in wizarding robes or muggle suiting (usually the latter). Her wardrobe is comfortable, simplistic, and sophisticated. For makeup she doesn't wear all that much save for some eyeshadow and mascara. Again, she doesn't like spending too much time on herself in the mornings when she could be doing more productive things.

For the most part, Hermione has everything she could ever want; a loving family, a good job, and friends. Someday, however, Hermione would like to see her kids grow up and go on to do amazing things. Recently, she wishes Harry hadn't died.

Hermione used to fear failure, but after going through life she fears that the wizarding world will fall to the Dark Avengers like it almost did with Lord Voldemort.
dementor[/i]
Her worst memory is a mix between the day she was torchered by Bellatrix Lestrange, when she believed Harry was really dead, and the day she had to obliviate her parents' memories.
patronus[/i]
Otter. The birth of her children hold a place in her heart that no other even in life can even come close to challenging.
overall personality[/i]
When Hermione attended hogwarts as a student she was considered one of the most talented students in her year. Many tell her that she's lucky to have been gifted with such intelligence. Whenever someone tells her that Mione gets slightly annoyed because all she did was work hard and study. All throughout her life Hermione's parents pushed her to do the best she could do and encouraged excellence; Hermione met their expectations and formed a great work ethic. Most of her adult life has been devoted to her job and teaching the students of Hogwarts everything she can about how to properly use magic. At times this intense determination creates problems in her personal life. When she was younger she had a horrible time trying to make friends because she was so bossy and controlling
Hermione was taught to cherish life because it has infinite value. That was one of the greatest lessons her father taught her. Whenever she hears about a human rights violation she gets extremely upset, and she can't stand blood superiority. Some say she has a gentle heart, but she simply says she's right. The one thing she plans to teach her children in life is that exact lesson.
Docile and demure are words that are not in her vocabulary. She is fiercely loyal, and would be willing to die for people who are close to her. The bravery she demonstrates in her daily life proves that she is not willing to sit and watch injustice happen. That does not mean she is stupid. Hermione understands when to sit back and be patient and when to fight.

history[/i]
On the nineteenth of September, 1979 Hermione Jean Granger was born to Henry and Jean Granger in London, England. The couple had wanted a child ever since they got married, and for the longest time they couldn't conceive. When Jean found out she was pregnant with Hermione she was ecstatic. The moment their little girl came into the world her parents fell in love with her. Henry and Jean decided to name her Hermione after Jean's mother, and her middle name came from her mother. Hermione's infancy was full of love and attention.
As she grew older, she began to find her own identity. Physically she took very much after her mother, but she was much more verbal and open minded than anyone else in her family. Even as a toddler Hermione loved to talk and boss people around; she never did anything harmful except for tire out her parents from chatter. With her age came the 'strange' happenings. Whenever Hermione was angry, excited, or feeling a strong emotion something out of the ordinary would happen. For example, plates would fly around. This was all explained when a representative from Hogwarts explained what was going on; that it was all completely normal. Her mother and father were very enthusiastic for her daughter.
The fall of her first year at Hogwarts consists of memories Hermione can't seem to ever forget. The train ride on the Hogwarts Express was where she met her two best friends: Harry and Ron. Of course, their relationships were strained at the beginning, but eventually they grew to be inseparable. When the sorting ceremony began the hat placed her in Gryffindor, but it took the time to ponder what Ravenclaw would do for her. Hermione was very happy that it chose the latter. Her first year was certainly not bland with the sorcerer's stone. Plus the whole idea of exploring the castle was an adventure. When the year was up she was sad to go home.
During her second year the basilisk attacks occurred. Everyone was so afraid that they'd be the next victim and end up petrified. Despite all of the frantic, Hermione wasn't all that afraid, and ironically she was one of the victims. The whole feeling of being petrified is something she will never forget, and it is something she hopes never to experience again. Looking back on it now, there is nothing she regrets more than not being able to have helped her friends solve what was going on more.
When her third year came around she had taken up more classes than she could fit into her schedule, and that prompted her to have to use a time turner. Eventually, the turner was of much more use than just to help her get to her classes. It was there that Harry learned that Sirius Black was his godfather, and that he was framed for the death of James and Lily Potter. Through all of that Hermione began to develop feelings for Harry, but she did her best at concealing them because she didn't want to ruin their friendship. For the longest time, she had had a slight crush on him because of the whole 'hero' thing.
The Triwizard Tournament occurred in her fourth year, and when Harry's name was drawn from the cup she was scared for him. In the past people had died from the competition, and she didn't want to lose her best friend. During the year Rita Skeeter started rumors about them being 'romantically involved,' and it bugged her to no end because she did like Harry in that way, but it was obvious he didn't. To keep herself from showing how upset she was she made a dramatic fuss over how untrue it was. When he made his feelings for Cho Chang apparent Hermione was hurt, but happy he hadn't picked up on the fact she had a crush on him. When the Yule Ball was around the corner Viktor Krum asked her to go with him. Many of her female peers were jealous, and even though Hermione wasn't all that obsessed with him she agreed.
When she arrived at the ball she had attracted a lot of attention which she wasn't particularly thrilled to have. Many people were jealous of her and Viktor, but the one person she didn't expect to be jealous was Ron Weasley. The end of the Triwizard Tournament was not a happy occasion; Harry declared that Lord Voldemort was back, and Cedric Diggory was murdered.
Hermione was made prefect in her fifth year along with Ron Weasley. The trio learned about the existence of the Order of the Phoenix and tried to get involved, but were denied the right to attend meetings because of their age. When they returned to school the new dark arts professor was a horrid woman who went by the name Dolores Umbridge. There is no woman that Hermione has ever hated as much as her, and to this day she can't look at pink the same way. In response to her oppression, Harry, Ron and her started Dumbledore's army. That same year Harry dated Cho Chang which broke Hermione's heart in two. During the Christmas of that year Ron gave her perfume which made her wonder if she had fallen for the wrong friend. Eventually, they had to attack the Department of Mysteries and she was injured by Dolohov, but recovered. Unfortunately, Harry lost Sirius Black.
In their sixth year Harry learned about Horcruxes and what they had to do with defeating Lord Voldemort. Although she still had feelings for Harry, she found herself thinking of Ron more and more. Much to her disappointment, he was dating Lavender Brown. She was furious at him, and she didn't even really know why. When he said her name in the hospital bed she was happy to finally have won someone's affections. At the end of the year Dumbledore was murdered by Professor Snape. Although the death hit Harry harder, Hermione was still visibly shaken by it.
The trio did not return to Hogwarts for their seventh year because they had to hunt horcruxes. Hermione obliviated her parents' minds so that they wouldn't endanger themselves, and it hurt her more than anything. The beginning of their journey was less than perfect, and it resulted in having Ron leave her and Harry. Hermione was, yet again, hurt again by her friend. Spending time with Harry, however, showed her why she had loved him so much at the beginning of their relationship. They understood each other, respected each other, and trusted each other. Even though she felt at home with him she had to force herself from acting on her emotions because Ginny was in love with him, and Ginny was one of her best friends.
Eventually, Ron returned to the group and they went on to find the horcruxes and defeat Voldemort, but at great cost. Lupin and Tonks were lost as well as many others. At the same time, Hermione thought that she had lost Harry before he came back and defeated the Dark Lord. After the battle, she helped rebuild Hogwarts and went back to finish her schooling. She became Head Girl along with Harry and after graduation she went on to work for the Ministry.
On her twentieth birthday, Ron proposed to her. There was no denying the fact she felt something for Harry, but she accepted his proposal. They were married a year later. Hermione worked at the ministry for a few years before deciding she didn't particularly like the career path and switched to teaching. Having had an aptitude for Transfiguration, Hermione took the vacant teaching position, and she grew to love her job.
Six years after her marriage, she gave birth to her first daughter named Rose, and two years later she had Hugo. Her children easily became the light in her life, and she dedicated her life to making life good for them. As the years went on she grew more and more protective of her children to the point of being over protective. Ron, on the other hand, was the opposite of her. When it was time for them to attend Hogwarts she made sure to comfort them, but with her at Hogwarts they wouldn't be without her.
A few years prior to 2021 Hermione was granted the position as the Deputy Headmistress at Hogwarts. She was happy to be moving up the ranks and making a difference with the education of youth. Her marriage with Ron was what it was, but she still felt a tugging at her heartstrings whenever she was around Harry. The night before his death she had gotten into a squabble with Ron and ran to Harry to talk about it which eventually led to her confessing her feelings. She kissed him. After apologizing for something she wasn't sorry for he went to get her a glass of water. Hermione left before he could return and went home humiliated, heartbroken, and ashamed. The next day he was dead, and she cried the hardest she had cried in her life. Currently, she has joined the Insurgence and will stop at nothing to help destroy this new 'enemy.'
