Victoire is an absolute stunner, which is to be expected as the daughter of one Miss Fleur Delacour. With Veela blood running through her veins, she has a beautiful glow about her, skin and hair alike. Victoire possesses all of the best features from both of her parents, and as a child was told she resembled her Aunt Ginny remarkably, which she was very proud of. She is tall, five feet and eight and a half inches, with long legs and a slender frame, and carries herself with grace and elegance, as a lady should.
With beautiful eyes of pure turquoise, Victoire's orbs are large and almond shaped, always bright and interested. Her nose is small and cute as a button, above plump, luscious pink lips. She has a delicate heart-shaped face with a soft jaw and cheekbones to die for, and Victoire is always complimented on her porcelain skin, which makes her look a lot younger than she actually is. Her hair was pale blonde when she was born, and throughout most of her childhood, just like her mother's, but as she got older, it darkened in hue, changing to more of a strawberry blonde tone, hinting at her father's genes. She keeps it long and natural, occasionally tying it up, but preferring a girly boho vibe.

Victoire's worst memory is the time when she first travelled by Floo alone. She accidentally sneezed instead of saying a name and ended up in Rio. She was fourteen, and all alone, with no clue of how to get back. It took her parents and the rest of her family a whole twenty four hours to find her, by which point her dad apparated to a desolate Victoire, where she was sitting on a bench in the middle of nowhere, waiting for the sun to come up so she could sob some more and try and find someone who spoke English, like she had been doing for hours all night. She's not too fond of Floo Powder any more.

Swallow - Victoire was ecstatic when she got her job at Flourish and Blotts and was also told she could have the beautiful little apartment above the shop to live in. It was her first home away from her parents house, and she felt like a real grown up, independent with lots of good things happening for her.

A sweet, kind girl, Victoire is gentle and caring, for the most part. She likes to be there for her family and friends, and always provides a shoulder to cry on. She is very sensitive herself, so she appreciates the favour being returned, as it's not an unusual occurrence to find her on your doorstep crying over something trivial. She is highly sensitive and emotional, and cries over the strangest things, which is just part of who she is, and her family and true friends accept that part of her. She cares too much and is often too kind, which shows in the way she treats people.
She is never one to turn down a cry for help or a sob story, and will literally give people the clothes off of her back if they mention needing them. She can be taken for granted quite easily, but once she has realized what you're up to, she will be stubborn as a mule in her dealings with you, and will give you what for for a long time. We're talking years here. She holds grudges if someone has slighted her in a bad way, and she is formidable with enemies, like a dog with a bone. She's quite adept with her wand, so getting into a proper battle with her would be foolish, she should never be underestimated.
Victoire is quietly smart. She loves to read and cook and garden, and is very earthy with those things. She has ben broody since she was around fourteen, and often dreams about having a family of her own. She wants to be a young mum so she has the energy to keep up and be at her best for her children. Kids love her, and she's a natural with babies, knowing how to please them and make them laugh. You will usually find her with her nose in a book, spending time with her younger cousins when they're not at school, or baking up a storm in her kitchen while she waits for friends to come over.

Four years to the day after the Battle of Hogwarts, Victoire Apolline Weasley made her first appearance in the world. A beautiful glowing child, she was the image of her mother as a baby, with pale golden hair and porcelain skin. Her father was pleased as punch that she had his turquoise eyes, that was good enough for him, and he adored his daughter from the second he laid eyes on her. Victoire was a sensible child. She would cry a lot if something upset her or she was in pain teething, or had bumped her elbow or whatnot, but she was quiet and pleasant, always watching and observing everything her parents did.
She learned to read quickly as a tot, and would be taken on regular trips to book stores by her grandmother, to buy new tomes to learn from. She also loved helping Grandma Weasley do the garden in the Burrow, and was often told that the only reason Grandma Weasley could stand to keep going out there was because Victoire made it so much fun. She also learned to cook at the Burrow, and made more than a few messes when being minded by her Grandparents. Her younger siblings were treated with great care, and Victoire played mother to them for a long time, not growing out of it properly until sh was at school and not around them every day. She was placed in Hufflepuff house, and rightly so for such a caring, earthy young lady.
Her school life was simple and pleasant, like everything else in Victoire's world. She had friends, and lots of family soon followed her to the castle to learn. She was very grateful to have her young cousins about to dote on and spend time with. Her studies were important to her, and she made sure she got decent grades, excelling in Herbology, Potions and Care of Magical Creatures. She even did well in History of Magic, thanks to her fascination for learning about the experiences her family went through. After graduation, she wanted to branch out on her own, and left the safety of Shell Cottage to begin a job as a shop assistant at her favourite shop, Flourish and Blotts. She was told she could have the apartment about the crooked little shop, and excitedly moved in straight away, having her parents and brother and sister help her to move her things over. She set up her new little home just how she wanted it, quaint yet fashionable, and even added a small garden area to the rooftop, which she tends to on a daily basis. She is happy with her life, and loves being independent and grown up. Now all she needs is to meet the right man and start the next leg of her dream life: having a family of her own.
